The firm offers great training and development alongside the opportunity to work with high profile clients.Job DescriptionThe Commercial Litigation Solicitor will be:Managing a diverse portfolio of commercial dispute cases across a range of sectors.Working on high-value IT, shareholder, procurement, contract and supply-chain disputes.Advising corporate clients on dispute resolution strategies and risk mitigation.Drafting pleadings, negotiating settlements and representing clients where needed.Liaising with clients, opposing counsel and internal teams to drive cases to resolution.Conducting legal research and preparing advice and documentation.Helping with business development and contributing to firm growth through client work.Maintaining high standards of client care and commercial awarenessThe Successful ApplicantThe Commercial Litigation Solicitor should be / have;A qualified solicitor between NQ-3 years PQE.Experienced in commercial dispute resolution - ideally including shareholder, procurement, IT or contract disputes.Skilled in drafting pleadings, negotiating, advising clients and managing litigation.Ties to LeedsStrong academicsWhat's on OfferCompetitive salary ranging from £60,000 to £70,000.25 days of holiday leave.Bonus scheme to reward performance.5% pension contribution plan.Comprehensive healthcare benefits.
