Pay is competitive, discussed upon application.  Key Responsibilities: As a Specialist Occupational Therapist, you will undertake comprehensive assessments and implement therapy interventions for clients with complex physical disabilities, functioning as an autonomous practitioner. Your role will involve high-level clinical decision-making to support A&E four-hour targets and conducting risk assessments related to the physical moving and handling of complex, dependent patients. You will also analyse socio-environmental risks to facilitate rapid discharge home, utilising your analytical and clinical reasoning skills alongside appropriate outcome measures. Qualifications and Requirements: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy. Registration with the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC) as an Occupational Therapist. Proven experience working as an Occupational Therapist within mental health settings. Sound knowledge of mental health conditions, treatment modalities, and therapeutic approaches. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with clients, families, and colleagues. Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively within multidisciplinary teams. Commitment to ongoing professional development and evidence-based practice. Why Join Us?
