Job Description Knowledge Coordinator - Private Funds GroupLocation: LondonContract: Permanent, Full-time (5 days) or Part-time (4 days)Our client, a leading Private Funds Group, is seeking a Knowledge Coordinator to support the development of its knowledge function. This is an exciting opportunity to join a team at the forefront of innovation, leveraging Generative AI to enhance market-leading knowledge repositories and deliver cutting-edge solutions.The RoleReporting to the Senior Private Funds Knowledge Counsel, you will play a key role in maintaining and curating knowledge resources, supporting the team with critical know-how, and exploring emerging technologies to drive efficiency and innovation.Key Responsibilities:Maintain a comprehensive knowledge base of precedents, templates, and samples across the private funds lifecycle using iManage, SharePoint, and other advanced tools.Monitor, capture, and curate knowledge repositories, ensuring accuracy and completeness.Search and extract critical information to provide timely support to the Private Funds Group.Engage with Generative AI and other technologies to deliver innovative client solutions.Candidate ProfileOur client is open to diverse backgrounds and does not require a degree. The ideal candidate will have experience in professional or data services environments, ideally with exposure to private funds.Skills & Attributes:Exceptional attention to detail and strong analytical skills.Confident communication and interpersonal abilities.Proactive approach to adopting new technologies and innovative practices.Highly organised, solutions-focused mindset.This process-driven role suits individuals who can work independently, categorise information effectively, and manage multiple matters simultaneously (typically 30???40).
