Mixed Tax Manager

A leading of chartered accountants are now looking to recruit an ambitious Mixed Tax Manager for the team in their Swindon office as a result of continued growth and success within their tax department. Reporting to the Directors within the department, the successful candidate will work closely with fellow employees in both the tax department and Audit and Business Services in order to maintain the excellent service provided to clients. You will be responsible for managing a varied portfolio of clients for whom you will act as first point of contact. Whilst the portfolio will be mixed between Corporate and Personal client there will be a weighting towards the corporate side so strong Corporation tax experience and knowledge is essential This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Mixed Tax Senior to join a highly reputable firm in a challenging role where there will be genuine prospects for career progression Duties and Responsibilities Acting as the first point of contact for a portfolio of clients advising clients on tax matters (corporate & personal) Providing compliance services for a portfolio of clients Ability to work unsupervised and handle compliance assignments in conjunction with tax and other directors/staff where necessary. Advising clients on tax planning issues Preparing corporate, business, personal and trust tax returns Skills Fully qualified or part qualified CTA, ACCA or ACA qualifications 01702 567 302
