Job description The RoleWe're looking for an ambitious individual to join our team as a Trainee/ Junior Account Executive. This is an entry-level role within commercial insurance broking, offering full training and a clear career pathway. You'll work closely with experienced Account Executives to learn how to: Support client accounts across sectors such as retail, manufacturing, and professional servicesHandle policy administration including quotes, renewals, and mid-term adjustmentsLiaise with insurers and underwriters to secure competitive termsBuild and maintain strong client relationshipsWork towards Chartered Insurance Institute (CII) qualificationsAbout YouWe're interested in hearing from candidates who are: Educated to GCSE/A-Level standard (including Maths & English)Confident communicators with excellent organisational skillsMotivated, target-driven, and keen to learnPrevious experience in customer service, sales, or insurance is beneficial, but not essentialWhat's on Offer Competitive starting salary: £40, - £50, (depending on experience)Performance-related bonus schemeFull funding and study support for CII qualificationsCompany pension and employee wellbeing benefitsWhy Apply?
