Job DescriptionDistribution Operator - Clinical ServicesCPL have partnered with ALMAC Group to recruit for a Distribution Operator to join their team on a temporary, on-going contract.· Pay Rate - £12.72 per hr (days) - £14.84 per hr (evenings) - £16.96 per hr (Nights)· Location – ALMAC Global Headquarters, Craigavon· Benefits – 34 days holiday per annum· Hours – 37.5 hours per week· Shift - Days 07.30 to 15.30 - Evenings 15.30 to 23.30 - Nights 23.30 to 07.30· Shift pattern - Days and Evenings Monday to Friday - Nights Sunday to Thursday.OVERALL ROLE OBJECTIVE:The post holder will be responsible for the effective picking and processing of Distribution Orders. The role also extends to include receipt of material into Distribution and overall inventory management.JOB SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES:Complete all Distribution activities in accordance with SOP’sEnsure Distribution facilities are clean and clearHandle all material carefully and in the correct mannerEnsure the correct picking of material for all Distribution OrdersBe proficient in picking across the full range of Distribution ProtocolsDemonstrate the ability to pick requiring minimum of supervisionProduce consistent satisfactory output in line with department expectationsMaintain quality standards in line with department expectationsProcess Distribution Orders in accordance with Distribution InstructionsRetrieve material from outside Warehouses in an efficient mannerPerform the receipt of material into Distribution and locate accordinglyComplete all Inventory Management tasks as appropriateOrganise all Distribution activities to ensure efficient and secure completionPerform and maintain accurate computer transactions in line with Distribution and Inventory Management systems and the principles of ALCOAUndertake additional duties or specific tasks as designated by superiorsComplete all documentation in compliance with the principles of cGMP, cGDP, ALCOA, SOP’s and the Distribution InstructionsFulfil any necessary duties as per the Distribution process as requiredDuring periods of high volume work requests this role will require additional coverage beyond normal working hours and it is a condition of your employment that you are able to fulfil this requirement of the role.Essential Requirements:Excellent communication skills (both written and oral)Ability to work effectively on own initiative and effectively contribute within a team environmentHigh attention to detailHigh attention to detailPrevious Distribution/Warehouse experienceKnowledge of hygiene standards and Good Manufacturing PracticeFor further details please apply directly below or contact Luke Bush directly.If successful you will be required to complete a criminal record check through Access NI, having a criminal conviction will not necessarily exclude you from this process.
