Job Description
As a Customer Service Advisor you will be working in a regulated environment ensuring a high level of customer service is provided at all times.You will be handling a range of financial based queries over the telephone mainly and also responding to customers over email and any other platforms required.

Preferably some customer service experience this could be from a range of backgrounds and will consider transferable skills and recent graduates.An excellent telephone manner Able to work in a fast paced environment Extremely customer centric An excellent team player
