Experience Required for the Role

Mandatory Experience

Proven experience of managing a distributed team of subsea engineering professionals Proven experience agile delivery and implementing best practice engineering standards Proven experience of designing and delivery of subsea cable systems Experience of working with technical and non technical internal stakeholders to understand requirements and implications of new technologies. Collaborating with internal teams and external suppliers to understand, evaluate and validate new technologies / patterns. Develop and maintain comprehensive stakeholder engagement strategies to build and maintain positive relationships with government agencies and regulatory bodies.
