Process Technician CK Group are recruiting for a Process Technicianto join a company in the pharmaceutical industry in Motherwell & Stirling on a contract basis for 12 months. Shifts: On shift rotation: Early shift: 0600-1415 Monday to Friday Back shift: 1400-2200 to Monday to Thursday & Friday 1400-2045 Salary: Per hour £18-£18.87 PAYE or £24.13-£25.17 Umbrella Process Technician Role: Work in close collaboration with manufacturing operators & engineers to become highly competent in manufacturing line operation, processes and procedures.Support monitoring of product & process data using statistical analysis techniques.Diagnosis & troubleshooting of problems using a methodical approach & report progress in a structured way.Conduct CTQ testing & material / product analysis techniques.Investigate & resolve non-conformances / quality events & help develop robust OCAP’s & preventative measures.Support validation activities & completion of validation documentation in line with business needs .Your Background: A hands-on Process Technician with a good level of relevant industry experience (preferably medical device related)Preferably degree qualified & Process Excellence Green or Black BeltExperience of optimising product & processesGMP experienceExperience in rotary converting and / or reel to reel printing (rotary screen / flexographic etc.) additional advantageExperience of using CAD softwareCompany: Our client is one of the world's premier innovative biopharmaceutical companies, discovering, developing and providing over 160 different medicines, vaccines and consumer healthcare products to help improve the lives of millions of people in the UK and around the world every year.
