Job Description

As a Customer Service Executive you will be handling a range queries from customers regarding their insurance products and processing claims from start to finish.You will be mainly communicating with customers over the telephone and will be also responsible for any emails coming into the business and responding to messages on webchat.

Previous customer service experience The ability to work in a fast paced environmentExtremely customer centric A confident telephone manner A good team player
