Job Title: Social Worker (Children)Location: Cheshire EastWorking Hours: HybridRate: £39 per hourLiquid Personnel are currently recruiting for an experienced Qualified Social Worker to join a busy team in Cheshire East,based within the Looked After Children team. Responsibilities: As a LAC Social Worker, you will work with children and families to achieve desired outcomes, discharge care orders, and attend and participate in strategy meetings. You will conduct Looked After Children reviews, complete care plans, Child Permanence Reports (CPR), pathway plans, and children and family assessments. Additionally, you will engage in multi-agency work with partner agencies to ensure comprehensive support for the children and families you serve.
