Job description Aspire People are currently recruiting Teaching Assistants for day to day, short-term and long-term supply work in a SEN school in Horncastle to start ASAP.Do you have experience of working with children who have mental and physical needs, ASD, social communication difficulties and severe disabilities?Are you looking for flexibility?Do you have a passion for building relationships quickly and working in small groups?We have some fantastic opportunities across Horncastle SEN schools. Aspire People assists the schools with covering supply bookings, both in advance (pre-booked) and for last minute sickness cover. Supply roles can offer you a flexible lifestyle where you can choose the days you work. It will also help you to develop experience across a number of different schools, classes and year groups, as well as gain more experience working with various mental and physical disabilities.Whether it is full or part time you are looking for, we have many opportunities coming in consistently.Successful applicants must have:* Relevant experience of working with SEN children or within a care background* Teaching Assistant qualification (desirable) and 6 months work experience at school ( preferred)* Willing to undertake a DBS through Aspire People or be on the update service* Minimum of 2 satisfactory and recent references* Right to work in the UK is required
