Your new role As Accounts Assistant, you’ll play a key role in supporting the day-to-day financial operations. Your responsibilities will include:Processing sales and purchase invoices and issuing credit notes accuratelyReconciling customer and supplier accounts to maintain clean financial recordsManaging payment runs, both scheduled and ad hocMonitoring bank activity and reconciling transactions to support cash flow accuracyOverseeing petty cash,pany card usage, and general cash managementAssisting with payroll, including verifying timesheets and working hoursHandling staff expenses in line withpany policyWhat you'll need to succeed Strong working knowledge of SAP and ExcelActively studying orpleted AAT (preferred but not essential)Excellentmunication skills —fortable engaging with colleagues across departmentsA hands-on, proactive approach to problem-solvingConfidence working closely with the Finance Manager and wider finance teamWhat you'll get in return Salary up to £28,000, depending on experiencePermanent, full-time role — Monday to Friday, with a later start and earlier finish on FridaysA genuinely supportive and friendly team environmentOpportunities to develop your skills in a dynamic and respected organisation
