You will ideally have 5-7 years' PQE from another leading City or highly regarded real estate practice. The role involves advising sophisticated developers, funds, investors, and operators on a wide range of commercial property matters.Key ResponsibilitiesActing on acquisitions for development, including identifying constraints and proposing commercially viable solutionsAdvising on landlord and tenant matters, including pre-lets and lease negotiationsPreparing certificates of title and advising institutional funds and lendersApplying ESG principles across the asset lifecycleSupervising and mentoring junior team membersThe Successful ApplicantStrong technical background in commercial real estate lawProven experience with complex transactions and institutional clientsCommercial awareness and problem-solving mindsetDemonstrated interest or experience in ESG-related mattersComfortable supervising and supporting junior lawyersWhat's on OfferCompetitive salary ranging from £90,000 to £100,000 per annum.Permanent role within a respected professional services organisation.Opportunities to work on high-profile commercial real estate projects.Supportive and professional working environment.If you are a dedicated Senior Solicitor Commercial Real Estate seeking an exciting career opportunity in the legal department of the professional services industry, we encourage you to apply today
