About the role Cover SupervisorMargate£90 - £140 per dayASAPVision for Education are working closely with a large Secondary school in Margate who currently have a vacancy for a Cover Supervisor to join their school. You will be required to supervise whole classes, small groups or individual students ensuring they remain engaged with pre - prepared work. The school are seeking an individual who is enthuastuic, dedicated and have a genuine passion for supporting students with diverse needs. This is a fulltime role and is due to start ASAP.About the Role:As a Cover Supervisor, you will play a pivotal role in maintaining continuity of education during teacher absences. Your primary responsibilities will include: Supervising whole classes, small groups, or individual students, ensuring they remain engaged with pre-prepared work.Managing classroom behaviour to create a safe and productive learning environment.Assisting students in understanding and completing tasks set by the absent teacher.Communicating effectively with teaching staff to provide feedback on student progress and behaviour. About You:We are seeking individuals who are enthusiastic, dedicated, and have a genuine passion for supporting students with diverse needs. The ideal candidate will: Have experience working with young people, preferably in an educational setting.Demonstrate strong communication and interpersonal skills.Be adaptable and resilient, with the ability to manage challenging situations effectively.Hold relevant qualifications or be willing to undertake necessary training.
