They serve a diverse range of blue-chip and international clients, offering excellent opportunities to work across multiple sectors and geographies.Job DescriptionProvide comprehensive legal advice on employment law matters to a diverse client base.Draft and review contracts, policies, and other employment-related documents.Represent clients in employment tribunals and other dispute resolution settings.Support clients with redundancy processes, TUPE transfers, and workplace investigations.Conduct legal research and stay updated on changes in employment legislation.Deliver training sessions and presentations on employment law topics to clients and colleagues.Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure a high level of service delivery.Collaborate with other legal professionals within the organisation to provide holistic advice.The Successful ApplicantA solicitor or equivalent with 4+ years PQE in commercial employment lawExperienced in complex tribunal claims, discrimination, whistleblowing, restructuring, and senior-level grievancesComfortable advising on executive compensation and cross-border employment issuesCommercially aware, with excellent communication skills and a collaborative team approachIdeally experienced with High Court litigation and employment aspects of M&A or outsourcingWhat's on OfferThis is a rare opportunity to join a market-leading, global employment law team that invests heavily in career development.
