Your key responsibilities will include:Posting daily cash receiptsManaging email inboxes, statements, and copy invoice requestsHandling the setup process for new client accountsProcessing credit notes and maintaining supporting spreadsheetsProactively chasing overdue customer payments via telephone and emailLiaising with internal operational teams to resolve queriesWhat you'll need to succeedPrevious experience in an accounts or credit control support roleStrongmunication skills, both written and verbalExcellent organisational skills and ability to manage multiple tasksProficiency in MS Excel and accounting systemsA proactive approach to problem-solving and teamwork If you're interested in this role, click 'apply now' to forward an up-to-date copy of your CV, or call us now.
