You’ll be working on multiple sites across Leicestershire and the East Midlands, supporting the team with:Cost planning and budget managementSubcontractor procurement and managementValuations, variations, and final accountsReporting to seniormercial leadsLiaising with site teams and housing association clientsThis is a hybrid role, with a mix of site visits, office-based work, and remote flexibility.What You’ll NeedProven experience in residential construction, ideally with housing association or partnership housing projectsStrongmercial acumen and understanding of JCT contractsAbility to work independently and manage multiple projectsBased withinmutable distance of LeicestershireWhat You’ll Get in ReturnFlexible hybrid working modelOpportunity to work with a respected regional housebuilderLong-term pipeline of work with potential for contract extensionSupportive and collaborative team environment Interested?
