Juice is pleased to be supporting a great IT company based in central Bath, in their search for an IT Engineer to join their team.

This is an exciting opportunity for individuals with experience looking to challenge themselves in a busy role and develop their professional skills in a supportive setting from an experienced team.

The business provides outsourced IT support services in the South West, such as cloud solutions such as Microsoft Office 365 and virtual servers/desktops, and various software and hardware solutions to a wide range of organisations including businesses, schools, charities and the hospitality sector

DAY TO DAY: Acting as the first point of contact for all IT support issues Supporting internal teams to help them understand IT problems that might occur Delivering first-class end-user support Coordinating the day-to-day management of a range of IT hardware including handheld devices, mobiles, and fixed printers Working with suppliers to deliver the best possible service to end users Ensuring the effectiveness of monitoring solutions Listening and guiding end-users making sure that business objectives lead the decision-making process WE WOULD LOVE TO SEE: The successful candidate will possess at least 2 years of experience in an IT support role, and have a good knowledge of supporting both Windows and Apple products. It is essential that the candidate is experienced with installing/supporting Microsoft Windows and supporting Microsoft Office 365. Full clean driving license Excellent telephone manners and communication skills Works well as part of a team, good interpersonal skills Customer-facing skills Microsoft Windows OS installation and support experience Microsoft Office 2013-2019 installation and support experience Microsoft Windows Server, Microsoft Exchange, Active Directory configuration and troubleshooting experience AND FOR YOU: Competitive salary Company sick pay scheme 22 days Annual Leave ( plus bank holidays) Monday to Friday working hours
