The role is to start as soon as possible, offering full-time work, 5 days a week. If you are committed to inspiring young minds and nurturing a love for literature and language, we want to hear from youResponsibilities:Deliver engaging and effective English lessons across Key Stage 3 and Key Stage 4.Develop and implement creative lesson plans that foster student engagement and achievement.Assess and monitor student progress, providing feedback and support to help them reach their potential.Maintain a positive classroom environment and manage student behavior effectively.Contribute to the wider school community, including extracurricular activities and department initiatives.What We're Looking For:Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent (NQT applications welcome).Strong subject knowledge and a passion for English literature and language.Experience teaching English at secondary level (Key Stage 3 and 4).Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire students.A proactive, flexible approach and the ability to work effectively as part of a team.What We Offer:Competitive daily rate of £90 - £130, depending on experience.Full-time, 5 days a week, with the potential for ongoing work.A welcoming and supportive team environment.Opportunities for professional development and career progression.A well-resourced department with excellent facilities.
