We’re seeking a confident and experienced professional with a strong background in managing anti-social behaviour and tenancy enforcement. This is a 3-month temporary contract, working 37 hours per week. You’ll bring a solid understanding of housing legislation, legal remedies, and effective case management practices to a role that’s critical in protectingmunities and upholding tenancy standards. Your new role Lead on serious and persistent ASB and tenancy breach cases, particularly those requiring legal enforcementSupport Neighbourhood Officers with case advice, evidence gathering, and escalation proceduresPrepare and serve legal documents including Notices, and draft witness statements for court proceedingsAttend and give evidence in court, ensuring witnesses are fully supported throughout the legal processLiaise with internal teams and external partners to deliver consistent tenancypliance andmunity safetyIdentify and secure additional sources of evidence to strengthen case ouesMake referrals to support agencies and mediation services where appropriateRepresent the organisation at multi-agency meetings and contribute to partnership workingEngage with localmunities to promote understanding of the organisation’s approach to ASB and tenancy enforcementWhat you'll need to succeed Proven experience in managing anti-social behaviour and tenancy enforcement cases, within a housing ormunity safety settingStrong working knowledge of relevant housing legislation, legal remedies, and enforcement proceduresConfidence in preparing legal documentation, serving notices, and presenting evidence in courtExcellentmunication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to support vulnerable individuals and liaise effectively with partnersAbility to assessplex situations, gather and evaluate evidence, and make sound decisions under pressureWhat you'll get in return Weekly pay Hybrid working Mileage reimbursement Option to be paid PAYE or Umbrella
