Responsibilities Supervise electrical work on refurbishment projects to ensure compliance with industry standards. Manage a team of electricians, providing guidance and support throughout the project lifecycle. Maintain project schedules and budgets while ensuring quality control of all electrical installations. Review schematics and technical drawings to plan electrical layouts effectively. Coordinate with other trades to ensure seamless integration of electrical systems within overall project plans. Conduct regular inspections of work sites to ensure safety and adherence to regulations. Provide training and mentorship to junior staff members in electrical practices. Requirements Proven experience as an Electrical Supervisor or similar role in construction or refurbishment. Strong knowledge of electrical systems, schematics, and relevant regulations. Excellent leadership skills with the ability to manage a diverse team effectively. Proficient in project management techniques and tools. Strong problem-solving skills with a logical approach to troubleshooting issues.
