My client is well regarded in house firm. A rare new job vacancy has become available for an experienced final salary, defined benefit pensions administrator to join the team due to growth, work volumes/projects at a more senior level. Based in Edinburgh but returning to blended working.In the job you will be in charge of a book of clients, carrying out full cycle administration to their defined benefit / final salary schemes. This is a technical role and you will administer all queries in a timely and prompt nature to maintain and ensure first class customer satisfaction. There will be client contact so you will get to know your clients whilst the job also requires excellent manual calculation skills. All of this must be done in line with company and FCA regulations and inputted into internal databases. Along with this you will provide support to the senior members of the board, less experienced colleagues and training / mentoring where appropriate.
