With a strong focus on quality and precision, they're expanding their optics production team.As an Optics Technician, you will be responsible for grinding, polishing, measuring, and inspecting optical components to achieve high-quality surfaces for analytical instruments.This is a fantastic opportunity for a detail-oriented technician to join a business that invests in its people and processes.The Role:Grind and polish lenses, mirrors, and prisms to optical-grade finishMeasure and inspect components using interferometers and other metrology toolsMaintain and calibrate polishing and grinding equipmentDocument processes and results for quality controlCollaborate with engineers and follow safety protocolsThe Person:Experience in optical assembly or precision manufacturingStrong attention to detail and manual dexterityAbility to read and interpret technical drawingsPreferred: experience with automated polishing, lens coatings, or optical testing
