My client are one of the largest facilities providers in the UK and the successful fabric engineer will be based at a commercial building in Kensington. The working hours are 9am-5pm/ Mon-Fri and also working a weekend every 2 weeks with 2 days off in the week. Your duties will include but not be limited to general maintenance, flushing, making good, hanging doors, changing door locks, painting, assisting M&E engineers etc. My client are looking for a client facing fabric engineer with a good attitude to work and advanced knowledge of general maintenance/ building services.
