Valuation Surveyor – London – up to £80,000 + Benefits – Ref 568I am currently recruiting for a Valuation Surveyor to work for one of the leading property companies in London. Salary up to £80,000 + Benefits. The organisation has a fantastic reputation inside the M25 and have been in operation for many years. They have a very specialist team of multi-disciplined individuals and have people situated strategically throughout the region to ensure they offer a first-class service to their clients. To cope with the current workload and in line with their expansion plans they have the need to appoint another Valuation Surveyor on a permanent basis. In this role as a Valuation Surveyor, you will be spending 70% of your time on residential valuations for properties in excess of £1 million and the other 30% of your time will be on commercial valuations with a big presence in shops, pubs and industrial offices. You will typically be conducting 5 surveys p/week, however this could vary greatly depending on workload. Ideal Requirements: -Previous experience as a Valuation Surveyor / Registered Valuer or similar - Chartered - MRICS / FRICS Whilst titled a Valuation Surveyor, it is possible to bring you straight in at Director level providing you have the right skills and experience. It is preferred you have experience in residential valuations, however you will still seriously be considered if you have a commercial background and are looking to move into a residential bias role.
