SEN Educational Support Specialist - Woking -Education and training We are seeking an enthusiastic and compassionate SEN Educational Support Specialist to join our team in Woking. This unique role involves supporting secondary and primary age students with a wide range of Special Educational Needs (SEN) such as complex learning difficulties, physical needs, and challenging behaviour. You will help students to overcome barriers to their success by using restorative and rehabilitative approaches. The ideal candidate will have a passion for working with children with SEN and be eager to develop their career in a probationary or educational support role. Key Responsibilities of an SEN Educational Support Specialist- Woking : * Support students with challenging behaviours and complex learning needs, promoting positive behaviour management. * Assist in developing and implementing individualised behaviour plans and interventions. * Promote restorative justice and help students reflect on their actions and take responsibility for their behaviour. * Engage with students through mentoring, support groups, and one-to-one sessions to build trust and emotional resilience.
