About the RoleAs a locum Consultant Psychiatrist in CAMHS, you'll play a vital role in supporting young people with complex mental health needs. Your responsibilities may include:Conducting psychiatric assessments and diagnostic evaluationsDeveloping and overseeing treatment plansWorking closely with families, schools, and multidisciplinary teamsProviding clinical leadership and supervision to junior staffA Consultant Child and Adolescent Psychiatrist is required to as responsible clinician (RC) for Evergreen, an 8 bedded Adolescent Acute In-Patient Service in Luton which opened in February 2023.
