We have an exciting opportunity for a Pharmacist to join our Primary Care team at HMP Huntercombe a category C prison based in Nuffield, Oxfordshire. The prison is exclusively for foreign nationals and supports around 500 male patients with Primary Care, Mental Health and Substance Misuse needs. Within this role you will be working in a non dispensing pharmacy delivering meds reviews, and clinics including asthma and chronic pain.
Hours
7.5 hours per day between 7.45am and 5pm
Rotation between a 2 day week and 3 day week
We would also consider someone looking for 2 days each week
Salary
This position is part time position working 15 hours per week, you'll receive an annual salary up to £55,941 per annum - FTE depending on experience.

What you'll be doing
As the Clinical Pharmacist your responsibilities will vary. You will:
Ensure the provision and delivery of an integrated, safe, legal, high quality prison pharmaceutical service
Provide expert advice on pharmaceutical matters and ensuring a safe and modern medicines management services
Lead a team of Pharmacy technicians

Qualifications & Experience
GPhC registered Pharmacist.
Vocational Master's Degree in Pharmacy including pre-registration training
Excellent communication skills
