About the Role:
As a Cover Supervisor, you will be responsible for managing classroom activities in the absence of the class teacher. You’ll be leading pre-prepared lessons, ensuring students stay on track with their work, and maintaining a positive and focused classroom environment. This role offers the chance to gain valuable experience in education, whether you are aspiring to become a teacher or looking for a fulfilling role in a school setting.

Key Responsibilities:

* Supervise students during lessons, ensuring they follow the teacher’s instructions.

* Manage classroom behavior and ensure a positive, respectful learning environment.

* Assist students with any queries related to the work set by the teacher.

* Maintain accurate records of attendance and behavior.

* Support students with special educational needs as required.

* Foster a supportive and inclusive learning atmosphere.

The Ideal Candidate:

* Previous experience working with children or in an educational environment is desirable but not essential.

* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

* Ability to manage behavior effectively and maintain a positive classroom environment.
