Assistant Quantity Surveyor - £12m Refurbishment – Slough, Berkshire

This established main contractor are seeking a Assistant Quantity Surveyor to work on a new project in Slough, Berkshire.

The project you will be involved with is a £12m refurbishment at a film studio estate and the project which consists of a full refurb, including strip out, new glazing and façade along with modern fitout. 

As Assistant Quantity Surveyor you will work alongside a Senior Quantity Surveyor and be based full time on the site near Slough. You will work as a commercial team of two, reporting to the Commercial Manager.

Duties will include Payments, procurement, subcontractor accounts initially and you will undergo mentoring to increase your knowledge and surveying skills. 

For this Assistant Quantity Surveying position, you will have over 2yrs post graduate experience or equivalent and will have worked for a main contractor.
