Mobile Smart Repairer
Location: Basingstoke Area
Salary: £35k - £40k Basic | £50k OTE | Uncapped Bonus
Hours: Monday – Friday, 8 AM – 5 PM | No Weekends

Job Opportunity

Are you an experienced Smart Repairer looking for a role that offers excellent pay, flexibility, and a true work-life balance?

Join our premium main dealer client as a Mobile Smart Repairer and bring your expertise on the road, delivering top-quality repairs at various site locations.

This is a fantastic opportunity to earn uncapped bonuses while working in a supportive environment, using the latest tools and manufacturer-backed training.

Your Responsibilities

* Perform small-to-medium repairs, including paintwork, dent removal, and alloy wheel refurbishments.

* Travel between site locations to deliver professional, on-the-go repairs.

* Effectively manage time, workload, and on-site requirements.

* Diagnose repair needs accurately and provide high-quality results.

* Maintain a clean and organized mobile workshop environment.

What We’re Looking For

* Proven experience in smart repairs.

* Ability to work independently and deliver excellent results.

* A full UK driving license.

What’s on Offer

* Basic Salary: £35k - £40k

* OTE: £50k+ (Uncapped Bonus)

* Work Hours: Monday to Friday, 8 AM – 5 PM (No weekends)

* 22 days’ holiday + bank holidays

* Manufacturer training and ongoing development
