About the Role:

Key Responsibilities:

Plan and deliver engaging and high-quality Computing lessons across KS3, KS4, and KS5.
Assess and provide constructive feedback to students, ensuring their progress and understanding.
Collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement innovative schemes of work that reflect the school’s vision and commitment to Computing education.
Contribute to the wider school community, including participating in extra-curricular activities and school events.
Build positive relationships with students and staff to promote a culture of inclusion, engagement, and excellence.
The Ideal Candidate Will:

Hold UK Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) with experience teaching Computing across KS3, KS4, and KS5.
Have a proven ability to engage and motivate students, fostering a love of Computing.
Demonstrate excellent classroom management skills and a commitment to inclusive teaching practices.
Be passionate about developing the Computing curriculum and contributing to the success of the department.
Have experience delivering Computing qualifications such as GCSE, A-Level, or equivalent.
Be local to Chatham, Medway, or willing to commute to the area.
