The consultancy is looking for senior-level engineers with the potential to progress into senior management roles in the near future. Candidates should have a strong mechanical engineering background, complemented by a solid understanding of other building services disciplines, and experience in building services design. 

Key areas of expertise required include: 

Building services design, covering all stages from concept and feasibility to detailed coordination 
Knowledge of sustainable design principles, technologies, and practices 
Commissioning processes and industry best practices 
On-site technical service management 
Contractor monitoring and quality assurance 
Surveying and validation work 
Experience across sectors such as commercial, fit-out, film studios, residential, sports facilities, leisure, life-science, education, and data centres 
Candidates with limited experience in any of these areas are encouraged to apply, as extensive training and development opportunities are provided, allowing team members to gain well-rounded skills in both office-based and on-site roles. 

Ideal candidates will be comfortable working independently and collaboratively as part of larger teams, with excellent communication skills to convey complex technical information clearly to non-technical partners and clients—key to the consultancy's collaborative approach.

 Preferred qualifications and skills include: 

A Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in mechanical or building services engineering 
5-10 years of experience in a consultancy or contracting design role 
Strong written and verbal communication skills 
Experience in preparing technical reports and performance specifications 
Proficiency in load and performance calculations, along with the use of relevant software 
Familiarity with AutoCAD (or similar) and 3D BIM software
