Position: Early Careers Teacher (Primary Schools)
Location: Various Primary Schools (covering multiple schools within South Manchester)
Salary: Competitive, dependent on experience
About the Role:
We are looking for a passionate and dedicated Early Careers Teacher (ECT) to join Cover People and gain valuable teaching experience across a range of primary schools. As an ECT, you will work with experienced staff in a supportive and dynamic environment to develop your teaching skills and grow as a professional.
This is an exciting opportunity to build your teaching experience and gain exposure to various school settings and age groups, while making a real difference to the lives of young learners.
Key Responsibilities:
Deliver high-quality lessons across the primary age range, covering classes from Nursery through to Year 6.
Monitor and assess students' progress, providing feedback to help them achieve their potential.
Support the school's commitment to fostering inclusive learning environments and diverse learning needs.
Build positive relationships with students, staff, and parents.
Requirements:
Completed or nearing completion of a Primary Teaching Qualification (e.g., PGCE, BA Education).
Strong desire to develop as a teacher and grow professionally within a supportive environment.
Excellent communication and organisational skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Passion for providing a high standard of education to primary-aged children.
A commitment to creating inclusive and engaging learning experiences for all students.
