The role:

As a HLTA in a secondary school in Daventry you will be supporting the main teacher whilst also having responsibility of your own. You should be able to lead a small group of children in extra tuition or lead a class in the absence of the main teacher.

Requirements

To be considered for the role of Secondary Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) you will:

Experience as a HLTA or Cover Supervisor preferred
Experience in a Secondary setting
Flexible in their approach to work
Genuine passion for working within schools in a large and caring team
