We are delighted to represent a long standing client and high quality provider of nursing and residential care homes in their appointment of a Regional Manager.

Excellent opportunity to join a regional provider in their senior leadership team as a regional manager. The role will be focused on leading a small portfolio of homes in to deliver; continuous improvement, an engaging and positive work environment and outstanding care outcomes for the residents.

Requirements

Experienced in a multi-site management capacity
Provide leadership and management of registered care home managers
Proven track record in supporting and working within care homes for older people
Must be a driver with UK driving licence
Passion and commitment to achieving outstanding outcomes for residents in a care home setting
Evidence of working both strategically and operationally in developing and making improvements to achieve KPI
Comprehensive knowledge and understanding of legislation and regulation

Responsibilities

Reporting to Operations Director
Line management of Home Managers and Regional Support Manager
Regular visiting of homes to support and mentor managers
Management of budget and financial targets
Oversight and leadership of care home compliance
Working with external partners, stakeholders and regulators
Development of new initiatives for improvement and enhancement of resident experience
Work collaboratively across teams
