You will play a vital role in the development and education of children in the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS).

Application Requirements: Early Years Practitioner:

• A relevant Early Years qualification (e.g. Level 2 or Level 3 in Early Years Education or equivalent).

• Experience working with young children, preferably in an EYFS setting.

• Passion for working with children and making a difference in their learning journey.

• Ability to work effectively as part of a team and independently when required.

• A positive and professional approach to all aspects of the role.

Key Responsibilities: As an Early Years Practitioner, you will:

• Support the planning and delivery of high-quality learning activities in the EYFS.

• Assist with the observation and assessment of children’s development and progress

.• Provide a safe, engaging, and supportive environment for children to learn, grow, and explore.

• Foster positive relationships with children, parents, and staff members.

• Support children’s social, emotional, and physical development, ensuring their well-being is always a priority.
