Starting immediately or in January 2025, this role offers the opportunity to step into a dynamic classroom environment, supporting students’ learning and development.
About the Role
As a Cover Supervisor, you will:
Supervise and manage classrooms during teacher absences, ensuring lessons run smoothly and students remain engaged.
Deliver pre-set lesson plans across various subjects, maintaining a productive learning atmosphere.
Foster positive relationships with students, encouraging their participation and success.
Gain valuable classroom experience, ideal for individuals aspiring to pursue a teaching career.
Work flexibly across different year groups and subject areas.
Requirements
Previous experience in a school or similar environment is advantageous but not essential.
Strong communication and classroom management skills.
Adaptability, resilience, and a passion for working with young people.
A desire to support students in achieving their full potential.
