Teaching Assistant - Blackburn:

Prospero Teaching are looking for a Teaching Assistant to support KS1 and KS2 pupils at a lovely school near to Blackburn. This role would be perfect for a recent Psychology Graduate.

You will be working closely with the class teacher to monitor progress and promote a positive learning environment.

Location: Blackburn
Position: Teaching Assistant
Hours: 8:15am-3:30pm
Type of Work: Temporary
Minimum Rate of Pay: £90 per day, depending on experience
Full time/Part time: Full time only
Start date: Jan 2025
End date: OngoingExperience, Training & Qualifications:

Relevant experience in a school or similar setting.
Experience of effectively and positively managing behaviour.
Up to date Safeguarding training issued in the last year (desirable but training can be provided).TO BE ELIGIBLE FOR THIS ROLE THROUGH PROSPERO TEACHING, YOU MUST:

Hold Right to Work in the UK
Hold an enhanced child barred list DBS certificate registered with the online update service or be willing to process a new application
Provide two professional child related references that cover the last two yearsOTHER
