• A passion for helping children overcome barriers to learning and development.
• Relevant qualifications, such as a Teaching Assistant qualification or a Level 3 SEN qualification, are preferred but not essential.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support children with ASD and other associated needs both in class and during outdoor activities.
• Assist in the delivery of tailored learning plans and implement strategies to support children’s emotional and social development.
• Provide 1:1 support or work in small groups to enhance learning experiences.
• Help facilitate learning outside the classroom, making use of the sensory circuit in the playground and accessing local facilities.
• Work closely with teachers to adapt classroom materials and activities to meet the specific needs of the children.

Perks and Benefits:

• Competitive salary (£85-£100 per day).
• Full-time, long-term role with potential for progression.
• Supportive school environment with professional development opportunities.
• Fantastic facilities, including sensory circuits and outdoor learning spaces.
