Are you a Client Services Manager working in practice wanting the chance to progress to management in a growing practice where people are valued, are given autonomy as well as the right support to grow their careers?
Do you want to grow your management and client development skills with a view to growing to a senior management position in the future and where you will be a key player in the business providing market leading services to its clients?
On offer is the opportunity to join an organically growing business with a clear plan of where they want to grow to in the next 5 years, who are growing their advisory to clients, provide training to their staff, opportunity to grow your leadership and management skills and become a leader within the practice.
In this role you will lead client engagements, manage the accounts team working on various clients, lead client meetings, provide the more technical requirements for accounts for clients, management accounts, financial statements and tax returns and have the chance to progress to senior management.
The ideal candidate will be working in practice as an Accountant wanting to step up into a Senior Accountant role and grow into management, with technical accounting and tax knowledge producing and leading engagements, while managing a team and wants growth in their career and commutable to Stafford.
