Gas Supervisor – Swindon

Multitask Personnel are working with a leading heating and compliance company who are seeking a skilled Gas Supervisor to join their team on their Swindon contract.

The Role:
The successful candidate will take on the role of Gas Supervisor, responsible for managing contract requirements and supporting the client’s growth strategy. The position involves overseeing gas installations, maintenance, and repair works across domestic and commercial properties while ensuring compliance with client and business KPIs.

Key Responsibilities:

Managing contract requirements, including gas installs, maintenance, repairs, and planned maintenance.

*

Leading and supporting a team of engineers in the field.

*

Ensuring compliance with contract parameters and company protocols.

*

Conducting regular inspections of assets, vehicles, and equipment.

*

Supporting field and back-office operations to streamline processes.

*

Ensuring adherence to Health and Safety practices.

Ideal Candidate:

*

Formal craft qualifications (NVQ Level 2/3 or equivalent).

*

ACS qualifications (CCN1, HTR1, CKR1, CENWAT); LPG and Unvented certifications are advantageous.

*

A thorough understanding of gas legislation and Health and Safety practices.

*

A full UK driving licence.

*

Strong organisational and time management skills.

*

Excellent customer service experience and the ability to work effectively with the public.
