The Role

We are seeking a passionate and adaptable Science Teacher to join our team. You will teach across all three disciplines—Biology, Chemistry, and Physics—to students of varying abilities in Key Stages 3 and 4. This is an exciting opportunity to shape young minds and inspire a love for science while contributing to the wider success of the school.

The ideal candidate will have a genuine passion for education, a willingness to learn, and the flexibility to adapt to the school’s innovative teaching practices and operational model.

Key Responsibilities

Deliver high-quality lessons across Biology, Chemistry, and Physics that engage and inspire students.
Develop and adapt lesson plans to meet the diverse needs of all learners.
Foster a positive and respectful classroom environment that promotes outstanding behaviour for learning.
Assess, track, and report on student progress, providing targeted support where needed.
Collaborate with colleagues to contribute to the development of the science curriculum.
Uphold the school’s values, promoting tolerance, respect, and understanding among students.
Engage with parents and carers to support student development and academic achievement.
Participate actively in professional development opportunities to enhance your skills and understanding of the school’s ethos.
