Full-Time Primary School Teacher - Early Years 馃搷 Location: Southfields, SW19 馃搮 February Start

Reeson Education is delighted to announce an exciting opportunity for a passionate and dedicated Primary School Teacher to join an Early Years team at a welcoming mainstream primary school in Southfields, SW19. This full-time position starts in February 2025 and offers a rewarding chance to shape the educational journey of young learners.

Primary School Teacher Key Responsibilities:

Engaging Teaching: Plan and deliver high-quality, creative, and engaging lessons tailored to the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) curriculum, fostering a love of learning in young children.
Child Development: Support and monitor the developmental progress of each child, providing a nurturing and stimulating environment that promotes physical, emotional, social, and cognitive growth.
Assessment: Conduct regular assessments of students' progress, using both formative and summative assessment techniques, and maintain accurate records of their achievements.
Inclusive Environment: Create an inclusive classroom environment where all children feel valued and supported, differentiating instruction to meet the diverse needs of all learners.
Parental Engagement: Build strong relationships with parents and carers, keeping them informed of their child's progress and involving them in their child's learning journey.
Professional Development: Participate in ongoing professional development opportunities, collaborating with colleagues to share best practices and improve teaching strategies.Primary School Teacher Requirements:

Qualified Teacher Status (QTS): Hold QTS with experience in teaching the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS).
Early Years Experience: Demonstrate a strong understanding of the EYFS curriculum and effective teaching strategies for young learners.
Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and inspire young children and work collaboratively with colleagues and parents.
Passion for Early Education: A genuine passion for early childhood education and a commitment to providing the best possible start for every child.
Organisational Skills: Strong organisational and time-management skills, with the ability to plan effectively and manage classroom routines.What We Offer:
