This role sits within our Security business division which provides physical security guarding, access control, alarm systems and perimeter property protection, CCTV, mobile surveillance, and ANPR Technology services to a wide range of prestigious clients.

About The Role:

We are currently seeking a reliable and professional Mobile Response Officer to join our team in Glasgow, Scotland. This dynamic role involves attending alarm activations, performing site inspections, and responding to emergencies to ensure the safety and security of our client’s premises.

Responsibilities:

  • Respond promptly to alarm activations and conduct thorough site investigations.
  • Perform regular mobile patrols and site checks as directed.
  • Complete complex locking and unlocking procedures on our customers sites.
  • Ensure all incidents and activities are accurately reported and documented.
  • Maintain a visible and professional presence to deter unauthorised activity.
  • Communicate effectively with clients, colleagues, and the control room.

Requirements:

  • A valid SIA Licence (Essential).
  • A full UK driving licence with a good driving record (Essential).
  • Flexibility to work various shifts, including nights and weekends.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • The ability to work independently and make quick decisions under pressure.
