Primary Teachers - Southampton

TimePlan Education is seeking dedicated and enthusiastic primary teachers for various assignments in schools across Andover. These positions include temporary, longer-term, and permanent roles.

About the Roles:

We are looking for passionate and committed primary teachers to join our team. If you are dedicated to education and eager to make a positive impact on young learners, this opportunity is for you.

Responsibilities:

Instruction and Curriculum Delivery: Plan, prepare, and deliver instructional activities that facilitate active learning experiences in accordance with the national curriculum.

Student Assessment: Assess and record students' progress and provide feedback to students, parents, and administrators.

Classroom Management: Create a positive and inclusive learning environment, manage classroom behaviour, and maintain discipline.

Student Support: Identify students' varying learning needs, and provide individualised instruction and support to help them succeed.

Parent Communication: Communicate effectively with parents and caregivers about students' progress, needs, and any issues that arise.

Professional Development: Participate in professional development opportunities to enhance teaching skills and stay updated with educational trends.

Collaboration: Work collaboratively with colleagues, including other teachers, support staff, and school leadership, to ensure a cohesive approach to education.

Resource Management: Organize and manage classroom resources, including educational materials, supplies, and technology.

Requirements:

Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) .
Experience teaching in primary education settings.
Strong classroom management skills.
