Commercial Gas Engineer

The Role:

* Responsibility for commercial combustion, heating and HVAC bias PPM, proactive and reactive works issued through the helpdesk within set time frames so that the customer expectations are exceeded.

* Where needed help with other types of building services maintenance to include fabric, HVAC, plumbing, mechanical and related tasks.

* To provide a professional service and represent the company in a way which ensures customer satisfaction.

* Ensure that all gas/heating equipment within scope operates to specified performance criteria.

Requirements:

* COCN1 or CODNC1

* CCN1, CENWAT1, CPA1

* C & G Level 2/3 Mechanical or Electrical

* Full UK Driving Licence is required.

* Demonstrable experience of liaising with customers.

* Ability to work alone or as part of a team.
