Are you a Psychology graduate eager to apply your knowledge in a practical and rewarding setting? Tradewind Recruitment is looking for enthusiastic graduates to work in SEND and Social, Emotional, and Mental Health (SEMH) schools across Leicester and Leicestershire.

Key Responsibilities:

Supporting students with special educational needs, including autism, ADHD, and mental health challenges.
Assisting with tailored learning plans and behavioural interventions.
Building positive relationships with students to encourage engagement and confidence.
Collaborating with teaching staff and external professionals to support individual development.Requirements:

A degree in Psychology (or related field).
An interest in SEND, child development, or mental health support.
The ability to remain calm and empathetic in challenging situations.
A proactive and resilient attitude.This role is ideal for Psychology graduates considering a career in education, therapy, or child psychology, offering invaluable hands-on experience in a supportive environment.
