What You'll Do

Accurately estimate costs for commercial and residential roofing projects.
Prepare tenders, budgets, and contracts to ensure project profitability.
Manage project costs throughout the lifecycle, ensuring value for money.
Work closely with contractors, suppliers, and the internal team to ensure seamless project execution.
Deliver financial reports and advise on cost-saving strategies.

What We're Looking For

Proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor, ideally in the construction or roofing industry.
Strong understanding of cost control and project management principles.
Proficiency in estimating software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Exceptional communication and negotiation skills.
